RecommendedJust picked up a sweet Nissan Murano from TAH. Was a little unsure as we were coming from 90 mins away and were not familiar with the dealership. Fantastic experience with the family at Tom Ahl, including a visit with the man himself! Every person there was cheery and helpful. They were so terrific, I went ajead and scheduled a recall job for them I've been putting off for months. I will never buy another car from Tom Ahl Dealerships. They they say they will call you back about a problem you bring to their attention but they do not. They treat you like you mean nothing to them. Give them your money then they ignore you from that point on. I have purchased many vehicles from Tom Ahl but I would rate their customer service-100 from a 1-10 scale. That is how bad it is.
