About this business

I enjoy talking with patients, examening them thoroughly and coming up with the proper diagnosis and treatment plan to get my patients back their pre injury function. I completed a Hand and Microvascular fellowship to help me focus my practice on the hand and upper extremity.

Dr Havener came highly recommended. I was nervous about getting surgery on my dominant hand, but I knew it was the next step for my situation. He was easy to talk to, explained my options, and answered my questions. On the day of surgery, Dr. Havener and his staff were competent, friendly, and efficient. They gave clear instructions and walked me through what I would experience. I’m only a few days post-op but am experiencing hardly any pain and have more movement than I thought I would just a few days after surgery. I could... read more

Dr. Havener took the time to explain exactly what is going on with my injury, giving me treatment options & allowing me to decide what course of action to pursue. I have complete faith in him.

He was recommended by physical therapist who was treating problems in my hands, including trigger finger, arthritis and Dupuytrens contracture. He gave me injections that relieved my pain and helped restore my use of both hands. He also gave me tips on how to deal with the problem in the future.

From my very first appointment to now I have had the best experience. I broke my wrist and they worked with me to get me into the office asap. Everyone was super nice and caring. Dr. Havener was ever so kind and listened carefully to my concerns. He truly cares for his patient’s needs. The surgery was quick and I had minimal pain and swelling. I would highly recommend Dr. Havener for wrist surgery. He is the best!!!!!

I’ve had multiple surgeries on both hands and I won’t let anyone else but Dr Havener touch my hands. He’s remarkable!

Dr. Havener is a amazing orthopedic surgeon. I had an extremely complex and intense injury. Recovery was a very long process. Dr. Havener never gave up, even when I was ready to throw in the towel. Many times I was certain that I would not regain much use of my wrist, he continuously reassured me and pressed on. I am now back to full duty at a very physically demanding job. In the future, any orthopedic needs, for myself or my family, will be addressed by Dr. Havener.
