Company refused to cover my rental car beyond 24 days (current policy) despite the unprecedented circumstances of a parts shortage. They also refused to total car, but could not prove the numerical calculations they used to determine that the car (waiting on a part 6+ months & counting) was not worth being declared totaled. I would not recommend them! I filed a claim 2 months ago on my roof, and I have a roofer working with me . They put a tarp on my roof which I had to pay out of pocket $300 because have interior damage too. The claim was $14 over the deductible, The roofer tried to repair the roof and he said it was repairable. Reopened the claim , they sent a 3rd party to inspect the roof and the roofer was there to talk to him , he took a 3 foot sample shingle to be inspected, And my new claim is $1300 above my deductible which I am furious... read more

19 % auto premium rate increase. Agent was unable to explain the rate increase. Attempted many times thru the day to get someone on the phone at the *********** **office to explain this to me but there is no direct contact with anyone from the cooperate level. I will not waste my agent's time as he was not involved with the rate increase. this is a slap in the face when you get no advance written explanation to why the rate is higher. After my car was totaled, I was waiting to get my check from my car. They sent me some paperwork to fill out, to release my car and get my money back after they take the car. I filled out everything that was sent to me. After a few weeks where my money never came I reached out to them and they informed me that they forgot to send me a "power of attorney" for me to fill out. State farm is not about customers satisfaction, they **** as a company, and all of their agents ****, we've been going back and forth for 6 months to do a claim on our house and its Still not done! DO NOT USE STATE FARM!

I had have State Farm for over 20 years, home and auto, never late with payments, on May 20 2022. After a big storm my master bedroom ceiling collapsed and I'm still waiting for them to approved the repairs. I can even stay in my house, Worst insurance company because of their business practices. they do anything in their power so they don't need to pay, they lie,deny, stall they even invent some kind of articles in your policy and do anything and everything to deny your claim, State Farm will do whatever they possibly can t... read more

A driver speeding up my street hit the back of my car. The person was speeding and had NO INSURANCE. St Farm deemed her at fault. St. Farm fixed her car and my car. I was told I was NOT AT FAULT. 16 months later I checked around for an Insurance quote and found out I had an at fault accident on my record with BODILY Injury? Come to find out the guilty party who hit me sued State Farm and what did they do? They put there tail between there legs and reversed the at fault decision to my fault. How dare they do this to me. I have been with State Farm for many years and have been in business on my own for over 25. In my experience, whenever an insurance company uses ***** *** ********** to do their audits, I owe money. When State Farm did not use ***** *** ********** I broke even or owed a little. This last audit performed by ***** *** ********** showed I owed over $1,500. I paid overtime during covid to keep my employees and by law, it was not suppose to be considered a part of the audited payroll under special circumstances. State Farm broke ... read more
