State Farm in my words is completely horrible company all together, I hit a coyote in my brand 2023 car with less than 200 miles on it, the date I hit the coyote was 04/05/2023. it is now 04/27/2023 and State Farm isn't cooporating with the body shop because the body shop that has my car isn't on their list of contracted collision bodyshops and that reasoning is because those shops use, used and refurbished car parts. I am very disappointed in State Farm I was looking for a more economical insurance for my house and cars, I was quoted a price that seemed like a good fit. Then about 3 months later my monthly payment went up from 270to 337. I called immediately and was told that I hadn’t down loaded the safe driver app which would save l me save 10percent on my insurance and they neglected to charge me ten dollars for my trailer. I received an insurance check made out to me and my ex wife after we divorced. She's remarried and neither one of us can cash it. So it goes to unclaimed property. I e tried to get them to split it between the two of us or reissue it as "or" instead of "and" long story short they said there is nothing that can be done so no one gets the reimbursement. To me it's theft.

They really need to train their agents so that everyone is on the same page. Everyone knows what to do and when to do it this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I have been in customer service positions and understand the need for knowledge and training in this company certainly doesn’t give it, I’ve never been so disappointing all my life my local agents very nice, but the company itself as far as sett settling a claim is worthless. Called State Farm customer service line to speak with representative for insurance verification, “Yasmin” told me she would not help me. Informed her we have never had issue getting policy information in the past so I was confused by her unwillingness to assist. I asked for an alternative number to call or transfer me to a supervisor she refused saying no such thing existed, I requested a supervisor several times then she said she was going to hang-up on me since I was unwilling to follow their protocol. Two local repertable contractors said that I had hail damage, but state farm denied my claim and basically ignored me. Most roofs in my neighborhood were replaced, they had different insurance carriers.

The worst insurance company ever. I don’t know how they are still in business. I had my roof ripped off by a storm and they are refusing to pay anything and said they are raising my premiums because I filed a claim. This is the only claim I have ever had. They are awful and ridiculous. If you have State Farm you need to drop them

State Farm is an incompetent, unprofessional, irresponsible company!!!! Their agent in St. Augustine, FL : Lance Atwood, was verbally abusive towards my mother on the phone, he told my mother to "shut up" when they were discussing the policy!! She filed a complaint with the escalations department, they assured that the issue will be addressed and someone would reach out to her.
