State farm insurance had record profits last year, in fact so much so that the CEO got a $5 million bonus. And yet they continue to go up on our premiums! I am an older man on fixed income of less than $11,000 a year Social Security. I cannot work because I have a hip replacement surgery that has caused more problems that can’t be fixed. State farm supports fraud andnaids and abets criminals. They have a fiduciary duty to me and the public a implied contract. I reported insurance fraud to them 22 days ago, thier stance is. It's your problem. By them not reporting this major crime they have failed not only me, you the public as well. Agents completing Rental Dwelling Property Policies without customer notification, and information on rental property not accurate. When speaking to agents at the local office and corporate office, they were very rude, demeaning, and issue not resolved. Cancelled the policy they stated I started, and went with another company. Have a Life Insurance policy with them, that I've had for a while, don't want to cancel because of the length of time I've had it.

Horrible customer service. Have been trying to get a claim taken care of, each of my 4 calls so far have promised a deadline and then when I call back because I’ve heard nothing they state they’re at “high volume” of supplements and hopefully tomorrow. Customer service was 1 out of 10... they dropped me told me sorry and then offered four times the amount for me to start back up. I had two cars sold one and wanted to remove one of the cars off my policy. They did both of them. I didnt get a letter in the mail or anything. This insurance company will do anything to deny claims to protect themselves from paying a dime. They ignore all supporting evidence, police reports and photos. They will do anything to deny fault and refuse to pay.

A lady with State Farm insurance hit my vehicle and it was clearly her fault. She even received a ticket for running a green light but I was told by her insurance that they are only going to cover 70% of cost of my car which was around $5000. And that the rental( that I have to pay 30% of) can only be rented for 5 days. Horrible ! I was involved in an accident by someone insured by this company. i was assigned a representative Erandi. The accident was on march 8th and i was given $500 for an initial PICTURE pocket estimate done on a mobile app. My car was brand new and since being hit from behind it jerks. My service rep and I have been trying to contact her and other member on her team and have gotten not a single call back. Please stay away from this insurance company They will pay a claim in full and you will have to hire an attorney and fight for months. There so many other good companies out there to choice from do not make the mistake I did.. Life lesson learned.....
