Liars and thieves. I have been a State Farm customer of some sort for 25 years. They will take your money and spend it all on advertising, but they will never pay a claim. My house was damaged in a hailstorm in August 2029, it's now February 2021 and I still have no resolution to my claim. I have fought the whole way and caught State Farm adjuster's and my agent in so many lies it's ridiculous. If you catch them in a lie, they change the story and blame the policy holder. Called 3 times within 30 seconds. Clearly I don't want to talk to you! I will not switch companies. Said it was because of spam calls. Yet you're spamming me. How crappy of a business practices to call over and over again.
Horrible agency! I've had 40 years of experience working with State Farm in various capacities and I can tell you the Bob Parent Agency has been the absolute worse to reach and deal with. When you call, you will never have a live person answer the phone; it's a menu you have to wade through and if you are lucky, they will call you back but don't count on it being the same day! As of February 6, 2021 State Farm Web page is still showing my home owners insurance payment past due in the amount of $2,947.59 and this was paid on January 29, 2021. I have talked to State Farm several times about this issue and no one seems to care about fixing the problem. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! If you are looking for insurance I suggest you look elsewhere!
Never in my life have I been more disgusted with an insurance agency then with State Farm. I added a non daily driver, and they jacked up the rate by nearly $100. They also ran a credit check without permission. The ads about caring, all lies. They only care about stealing your money and not about helping you.

This review is based solely on the service received from the call center located in DuPont, WA. A family member was involved in an accident a week ago. I call the claim center to make sure everything is in order. I was fortunate to have Will helping me. He went above and beyond to assist me in a stressful time. I later received a call from his supervisor, Blair, and had a great conversation my experience. I'm grateful for both Will and Blair for the service they provided.
They do NOT pay or cover anything if you are riding in a car, and get shot. This occurred in Nov 2020. Charlottte, NC ROAD RAGE is happening a lot!! My son was a passenger in a car with full coverage. He was shot twice, and State Farm didn't pay for any medical bills! They didn't pay for anything. They also hindered the investigation, because they didn't require the car (insured by them) to be inspected by the Police or Detective, before having all the blood cleaned up and the repairs done. Starting from the beginning. I have had an auto policy w/ State Farm since 2006 with the same agent. I have only had 2 auto claims in that time frame. One was an accident with a deer and the other was vandalism thanks to some drunk idiots fighting in the parking lot. When my wife and I decided to buy our first home together, naturally, they were my choice for home owner's insurance, so we signed up for that in 2015. State farm is not a good neighbor. claim for home damage rain and hail denied with four leaks in the house roofs . They said that they see no damage .
