My wife’s vehicle was recently hit by a State Farm insured motorist. At the time of the incident, my wife did her very best to avoid an accident, but it was unavoidable. The gentleman received a citation for failure to maintain his lane, although state farm is only willing to cover 75% of the damages. Just got State Farm for the first time in my life and regret it same day i did.. haven’t been a month yet and i had To call back 5 (!) times to change the policy because they scammed me every time adding the things I never needed. Carmen (Karmen) was the rudest and I knowledgeable person i talked to, she even had guts to tell me to cancel my policy! I filed a claim for damage to my vehicle from a hit and run. I got the police report. I filed the claim and had a $250 deductible. State Farm had me take the car to a local shop that they recommended as "preferred shop". This shop gave me an estimate and timeline for what they could do to repair me vehicle. Great. In early December, 2020, I was hit from behind on the highway. The guy was driving for ****, and showed proof of ******* ****** *********. $13,000.00 damage to my car. When I picked my car up from the body shop, State Farm collected $500.00 deductible.. stating that I would get it back when the insurance companies sorted things out. Really Bad insurance company. They are good only at collecting money. But when it is their turn to pay money all you hear are excuses.

Never have I ever had to be so nasty to get people to do their jobs. After getting my car stolen, and having video evidence and a police report filed, they have taken over a MONTH to get my claim to the right place to get the issue resolved. Let me be clear, it’s still in the process, and I don’t know when I’m going to have my vehicle back now that it’s been found. I want warn customers from Mary Snider’s State Farm agency , she is very Unprofessional in the way she handles client’s business, never returns call , ignore and waste your time...never keeps her words, she lies a lot and she is very deceiving character.
If I could give zero stars I would, even a 1 star is too much... home owners beware we were bullied into dropping a claim for a roof leak during COVID-19 in 2020 because they didn’t want to come out to investigate, which I understand but because we put a bandaid on the problem ourselves we were denied another claim this year for the same problem because in there eyes we had fixed it with caulking.... please find someone else we have been with state farm insurance for 25 years and it’s really sad they didn’t have our back...
