Customer for decades. Filed a homeowner's claim and can't get ahold of anyone! Call the number and receive a voicemail. Send an email and get an automated response that states to find updated claim information on the app. Check the app and no information. I've left voicemails, emails. Even reached out to my agent which made me even angrier. They have made a lot of money from me paying those high priced premiums over the years. I'm embarrassed I was such a loyal customer.

My home owners insurance was canceled by State Farm because, according to them, I had two claims. This past summer I had some wind damage to my home. I called to inquire what my deductible would be. That inquiry was considered a “claim” even though I hadn’t intended for it to be a claim. State Farm is terrible! I never knew that using roadside assistance would be used against you along with any no fault and fault accidents which gives them a reason to cancel your policy. This company is a rip off. You can pay them for years with a clean record but as soon as you need them, they cancels your policy!

I had statefarm for years they did not refund me my premium because I switched company’s because they all have been playing with the numbers all along which my insurance monthly payments were double all the time I would not ever use them again for coverage

Terrible company does not pay claims unless they are small Very shifty and dishonest It’s sad when large companies become so greedy they walk all over 20 plus year loyal customers

We’ve had State Farm insurance for over 10 yrs. Never had accidents or claims until recently (claim was very small) I have found them to be willing to take your money for years. Then when you need them they force you out. Not satisfied that they are Trustworthy.

Been with them for home owner's insurance for 15 plus years. Never filed a claim until we needed a roof replacement. Filed 3 times in 2 years and never received a penny. Then they canceled our policy.

So tired of StateFarm raising rates on seniors who drive less than the idiots on the road now and getting charged less for insurance. Seniors are not causing the accidents....it's the 16-40 year olds!! What rip off. I've been a customer since 1972....tomorrow, no more. Changing insurance companies who are more fair. So tired of paying State Farms to fund their huge buildings all around ******* and auto clai.m accidents caused by the before mentioned 16-40 years. State Farm is a good company as long as you do not make a claim. We made a claim almost two months ago and the adjuster cancelled the first appointment, and has yet to make another or respond to any phone calls. I guess we are supposed to pay in all of this money and expect nothing in return.
