I have uninsured/underInsured insurance on my policy that should cover the repair on my vehicle due to an accident I had on 10/10/23. I am now being told, that in order to use my uninsured/underinsured coverage I have to have collision insurance. I have researched and no where no I find anything that says collision insurance is necessary in order to use uninsured/underinsured coverage. My family has used State Farm for decades for most of their insurance needs. Recently, I started receiving letters from State Farm saying that they were cancelling our automobile policies. I checked my bank and I have been making all scheduled payments. We were even briefly cancelled due to non-payment. I've just learned that my bank payments to State Farm were suddenly shifted to a "Hospital Account" instead of paying for my monthly automobile insurance. Like a good neighbor....State Farm minds its own business. They'll gladly take your payments but if you actually need to file a claim beware, without warning they'll refuse to renew your insurance. Why pay the extra money to have roadside assistance or get help with a new windshield? Use the insurance and they'll drop you.

State farm should change it's slogan to like a nightmare state farm is here. This is a horrible company A*eri*a Pe*z is my agent and geeze is she a liar and just the worst. I had filed claims and when state farmer help I thought what a relief but little did I know if you did this they will let you go even thought that's not in the contract and leaving you to other insurance company who are shark and want to charge you triple the amount which make sense being that state farm most likely bought these smaller companies. Luis P I have my home insurance with state Farm for 10 Years, I did a claim at January 2022 and march 2022 with two different roof companies, They send the adjuster and then they denied it, An January 2023 We have another storm I call a different roof company The roof company said the roof need to be replace then they send another adjuster and send a check for 2,284.30 Dollars to fix the damage, I know that my roof need to be replaced, just across the street they just have a new roof installed an that house is two years newe... read more

PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE and nothing I say in this video will be any different at any court proceeding going thus forward. Apparently having Full coverage on your vehicle does not include Rental coverage unless you ask for it. A complete rip-off. Would not recommend State Farm to anyone.

I'm disabled low income I went looking for lower car Insurance as every dollar counts. I talked to an agent Joanna from State Farm in Nevada. She was really nice at first and got me good coverage. Six months later State farm increases my monthly payments 25 dollars more a month for same coverage. No accidents and no tickets wife and I are low income seniors. I email Joanna stating I'm no longer saving and will keep the increase. Only because I was notified by mail 3 days befrore increase. This gave me no time to find a lower... read more
