This was my first experience. As you can expect I was extremely nervous and anxious to get it over with. From the time I walked in the door the staff was professional and patient. The Triage nurse and the Anesthesiologist were absolutely amazing. They understood my fears and made the experience quite comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone I know!
Everyone was very friendly and caring during my procedure
Doctor Lee let me know what was going on with my liver. He made me feel more at ease.
Dr Le is very thorough and compassionate
I was greated by the most wonderful lady's and checked in promptly. I off course was uncomfortable from the medication that cleans you out for the procedure so I was grumpy and starving. They somehow made it bearable. I was called back promptly and every nurse I met was awesome not all all concerned because I knew that they knew exactly what they were doing and were very friendly and professional. No long waiting period. Everyone was courteous and made me feel comfortable.
Even though I’m not a daily, weekly, monthly, or even yearly patient of Dr. Le and his staff, everything about my experiences have been professional and well organized from beginning to end ( no pun intended).
Friendly front desk, efficient check-in, caring nurses, and minimal wait times. I was taken directly to patient room where I waited briefly for Doctor Suita was patient, knowledgeable, and easy to speak with. I would definitely recommend this office..
Competent, Compassionate, the entire staff, front office check in, two great prep nurses and techs, nurse anesthesiologist, procedure room staff, great recovery nurse and of course Dr Le who has been treating me for over 30 years and great sense of humor and bedside manner
