The young lady that took me to my room and started my IV could not have been nicer! She's terrific! Dr. Heller is great, everything went as planned and on time.
He is very thorough and professional. I just completed my third colonoscopy by him. I feel very fortunate to have him as my gastroenterologist.
The team was very competent and professional. I was prepared for the procedure quickly and 'in and out' fast. Everything was explained in detail throughout the process. I received an immediate print out of the results after the procedure. All of their instructions were clear, so there was no guessing about what you should do next. Dr. Heller explained every part of the examination and each step of the procedure in detail. He thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. Excellent bedside manner. Professional, friendly staff who made me feel safe and calm. Highly recommend.
Dr. Heller has been my GI for 25 years and has helped me tremendously through the years. He is kind, professional, and top in his field. He's always helped me control some scary issues and I'm very grateful for that.
This was at least my third time seeing him. I’ve had 2 previous colonoscopies and have scheduled a third. He is always professional, respectful and friendly. One of the best doctors I’ve ever experienced.
His wonderful son did my knee replacement and now he is caring for my gut health and doing my colonoscopies since my previous gastroenterologist retired. I am very happy.
I had a colonoscopy on December 31, 2024. As always Dr. Heller was excellent. He communicated clearly before and after the procedure, and I was comfortable throughout. I am privileged to have him as my doctor.The entire team was fantastic. I want to call out Keesha, Madeline, Mary Ann, Merrie, Kenny and Ellie for their outstanding treatment.
