I was greated by the most wonderful lady's and checked in promptly. I off course was uncomfortable from the medication that cleans you out for the procedure so I was grumpy and starving. They somehow made it bearable. I was called back promptly and every nurse I met was awesome not all all concerned because I knew that they knew exactly what they were doing and were very friendly and professional. No long waiting period. Everyone was courteous and made me feel comfortable.
We have been seeing Dr. Heller for years. We really trust him with our GI care.
Dr. Heller is a warm and compassionate professional. He spent a lot of time with me, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. He was able to squeeze me in as his schedule was full but I was having an issue. Office staff was very comforting as well. I highly recommend him.
I like how Dr. Heller was so personable. When I initially made the appointment I thought it was going to be a consultation but I soon realized it was the actual appointment. The staff was knowledgeable and I did exactly what they said. I would recommend Dr. Heller to everyone who needs his services. I would like to thank the staff and Dr. Heller for the excellent care they provided to me.
Dr. Heller is a consummate professional. He takes the fear out of a procedure under anesthesia by thoroughly explaining the procedure and why he is doing it. You don’t have to wait for the results. Immediately after the procedure, he tells you how it went and his findings observed during the procedure. His support staff and anesthesiologist are also superb. I trust Dr. Heller and you can too.

I love this place! I usually go to the Glen Burnie location and everyone is always truly helpful and friendly. Yesterday I had to get a procedure done at their Endo Center in Pikesville. The place was run like a well oiled clock. They move people in and move them out with such practice, grace, and friendliness. They put me completely at ease about the procedure.
