Well it was my first time having a colonoscopy and not sure how things would work out! But Dr. Heller and team did great made the experience comfortable and quick which is what it should be.
Dr. Heller and his team absolutely wonderful everyone very friendly and professional with their job very hard to find people like his team in this society sadly to say I come to visit him every five years for my colonoscopy. He is excellent. Take his time to explain everything make sure you understand, God bless you all .
As a physician, I am attuned to quality of medical care. Dr. Heller and his team gave me extremely excellent care. I requested an appointment on the website and was given a slot within just a couple weeks. There was great attention to appropriately preparing me for the exam with clear instructions for bowel prep (and modifications that I were needed in my case) as well as appropriate paperwork and eating instructions. By far the best doctor visit I have ever had.Dr. Todd Heller puts you at ease and very polite and professional.He made sure to explain everything into details, even the risks.He has a good sense of humor as well.Will recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor with his expertise.

What stood out to me was how perfectly orchestrated the office staff were. Along with being professional, everyone was extremely friendly from hello to goodbye.
From the time I entered the office everyone was polite and friendly. No where else have I seen friendlier or happier nurses. They treat you the utmost respect and have you laughing. It definitely helps in preparation for the procedure. Thank you
From scheduling to the day of Dr. Heller and his staff were very kind and professional. The anesthesiologist & nurses were all so friendly even the front office staff. Dr. Heller even answers questions prior to the procedure which eased my mind. Thank you again Dr. Heller, I felt safe and cared for!!
The entire staff, including Dr. Helper, was kind, professional, and personable. I doubt colonoscopies are pleasant for anyone and they go out of their way to keep you relaxed and comfortable. They explain everything and follow up the next day to see how your feeling. If I have to have it done, Dr. Heller & staff are who I want doing it.
