First and foremost this was my first time getting a colonoscopy and I was a bit scared but Dr. Heller and his staff were awesome. He made sure that I knew what was going to happen with the procedure. Also after the procedure he spoke with me about the results. He made me feel really relaxed and comfortable .
Dr. Heller was thorough and friendly. Seems interested in getting to the bottom of my seemingly mysterious liver related illness. I was very pleased with my visit.

Minimal wait, friendly and patient staff (everyone in the office and medical facility), well explained, and great follow up soon after. This was my second time with Dr Heller. He and his staff are wonderful. Highly responsive and recommended. Easy to schedule, too.

Had a colonoscopy performed here. Staff was great. Everything was explained to me and made me feel very comfortable. That says a lot for something like me who is highly anxious at doctor offices. Office was well organized and I only had to wait about 15 minutes in the waiting room. Communication via email and text was very good. Dr. Heller was first rate, polite and kind. His explanations of the results were easy to understand. I would highly recommend them to others.

the staff was outstanding, awesome, professional, and made me feel very comfortable!!
I came to see Dr Heller for some alternatives to dealing with IBS. His explanations of causes and symptoms were very concise. He recommended a new drug which I tried once and had a good experience. I will ask my PC doctor to prescribe what Dr Heller described and which samples I used.
