I needed to schedule a colonoscopy due to my age and had never seen a gastroenterologist, so I was very nervous! I looked at all the reviews and decided to schedule with Dr Heller online, the staff called that day to schedule a consult within a few weeks. I was greeted with a friendly receptionist and waited 10 min and the Dr came in maybe 5 min after being put in the room. He was VERY friendly, seemed extremely knowledgeable and good bedside manner. I have recently had several appointments with Christina Fang, a nurse practitioner who works with Dr. Heller. She is an excellent provider and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Woodholme Gastroenterology Associates.

Colonoscopy is not something anyone looks forward to. But Dr Heller was excellent about explaining things. He made me feel comfortable talking about a topic most people shy away from. Especially me!

He is a very good Dr. :my concern with my health is that the testing I have had many times for HIV could be that's not a lot so it isn't showing up.I remember when all of a sudden Iost about 30- 40 lbs in no time at all.Off n on I have diarrhea.. This last time just one sitting I lost 5lbs. Many days I have a low grade fever.I exp. Many symptoms keep me concerned. Their has to be away for detection. Or I can sign a waiver for treatment. I just am desperate for your help [medical help].
