I did everything that was asked. I stopped my medication they told me to stop. I took off work for the appointment just for them to tell me they couldn't do the procedure because I was taking a medication that they never told me I had to stop. Then they tried to tell me if was my fault when there was no mention of medication on my paperwork. I would not recommend them.
The kindness, compassion and professionalism of the staff and surgical team with the exception of the anesthesiologist. She did not introduce herself with her job description. Her speech was muffled by the mask she wore and she spoke very fast. She snapped at me when l asked her to speak just a little slower. In the procedure room , she rushed and pulled me into position on the gurney. Dr. Schwarzenberger is a great doctor that makes sure you are ok and comfortable. He explains your condition to you very well and makes sure you understand what is going on. His staff what can I say outstanding people. Very polite and courteous. During my procedure, Dr. Schwarzenberger and his crew made me feel comfortable while they prep me. The office staff was both friendly and professional. I had very little wait time and check in was easy. As a new patient there was much to cover and Dr. Schwartzenberger was patient and thorough in recording my history. He asked pertinent questions, and reasons I was given by past doctors for decisions they made regarding my treatment. He accessed my current status and we discussed options for the near future. She was on time and I had her complete attention. She listened to my issues and never once looked at a computer
From the time I checked in at the front desk all the way to the procedure room staff was understanding, friendly and professional. They also paid attention to concerns and made me feel at ease.
