I have recently had several appointments with Christina Fang, a nurse practitioner who works with Dr. Heller. She is an excellent provider and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Woodholme Gastroenterology Associates.

Colonoscopy is not something anyone looks forward to. But Dr Heller was excellent about explaining things. He made me feel comfortable talking about a topic most people shy away from. Especially me!

He is a very good Dr. :my concern with my health is that the testing I have had many times for HIV could be that's not a lot so it isn't showing up.I remember when all of a sudden Iost about 30- 40 lbs in no time at all.Off n on I have diarrhea.. This last time just one sitting I lost 5lbs. Many days I have a low grade fever.I exp. Many symptoms keep me concerned. Their has to be away for detection. Or I can sign a waiver for treatment. I just am desperate for your help [medical help].
Took 2-years before an x-ray was ordered ... nothing of concern reported by his nurse practitioner. Wrong - another GI doctor discovered sign of constipation from x-ray, relative to GI symptoms noted as far back as 2017 ... very disappointed with this doctor.

I have seen Dr Heller, 1st as a consult, the next 2 visits were for procedures. I found Dr Heller to be very cordial, knowledgeable, kind and caring and he does not mind having a laugh. I also found his technical staff to also be kind, caring and considerate of my comfort level. I will use Dr Heller and the rest of the Woodholme Staff (Glen Burnie Office) for any future GI/Digestive issues I may have.
Love Dr. Heller He has helped me many times through the years. I have great visits with him, he’s kind and caring but I can’t say as much for his tech that called me back to the room to take my blood pressure and information. She was very unfriendly, and didn’t have anything say at all. I hope I don’t have her the next time I go there. But the Doc is a 5 star to me. Don’t mix the two up please, the girl that checked me out was awesome and friendly. She walked me up to the secretary for my next appointment as well. Very nice ... read more
