Today was my daughter's first visit here and while the dental assistant and the dentist she saw were kind and patient with her, we will not be returning simply based on a form they expect parents to sign. I was very uncomfortable with the methods described in this form and declined signing it. They did clean her teeth and did her x-rays. They explained to me what treatments she would need and then went on to say that they wouldn't be able to treat her if the form was not signed. RecommendedI had a pain due to receding gums and could not get into my regular dentist. Had heard about Dr Kim thru a friend. I got in within 2 days, the hygienist Jenny had a great personality, was very knowledgeable as she talked to me while cleaning my teeth, and was the best cleaning I have ever had. Dr Kim was great. Very personable to me. Explained situation and applied some anti- sensitivity compound to my molar. I will now be a gegular patient at Family Dentistry thanks to Jenny and Dr Kim
dr.tan is a good dentist doctor.and the staff is very sweet and nice .have to say they have very beautiful stunning and gorgeous ladies 😂😂
Love the dentist that are here. Very nice and made my visit so much easier because l am terrified of shots and l never felt the first one. Will be my dentist from now on.
very rude, the lady in billing Brenda doesn't know what she is doing
Been going to this Dentist for over ten years called today because I paid my 50 dollar deductible and it wasn’t applied... Brenda in billing and Amy at the desk were very rude ... I have never had such a terrible experience Ike this ... I ask to speak to someone higher up and they would not let me speak to anyone
The Dentist who worked on my tooth cost me need 2 different oral surgeries. Messed up my sinus cavity and screwed up my crown. I will never go back.
This is the most unprofessional place I have ever seen !
Only local dentist I could find that had walk in option. Staff and doctors were very friendly. Explained what I had going on throughly as well as explained all my options. Dr. Tan was great. 5 stars!
