This is the second time I have been there, the place is dirty , dusty and beat up. Makes me sick, I walked out today. I complained the last time I was there and thought for sure it would be better today. Disgusting for a dental office.
I would not recommend today's family dentistry to anyone! I've used them for years seams to always be issues the last time I went there Dr Kim broke my crown because he put too much pressure when applying my tooth back then went back a few days later after the holiday he fixed the crown and then charged me for another visit and did work I didn't even ask for this is considered malpractice I asked for a refund they sent me a letter in the mail telling me no refund would be issued and for me to go and seek other Dentistry thes... read more

When my daughter and son went I didn’t want then tied down to the chair and they MADE sign the paper. They restrained my daughter and left red marks and when it was my sons turn they tried to restrain him (AFTER FORCING ME TO SIGN A PAPER I WAS NOT OK WITH SIGNING) they didn’t explain to him what they were doing and it upset him so bad he grabbed a pen threw it! Really great environment, everyone is really nice, they will tell you details about what’s going on & answer the questions that you answer
if you have a child that's not responding well. Ask the parent if you can restrain them. if they're bleeding badly when you start to release them make sure you send gauze with them and plenty, or napkins. Wasn't very pleased with my grand daughter visit.
my wife went in yesterday to get 3 teeth looked at but the dr only focused on 1 side & pulled 2 teeth & did nothing for the 3rd tooth. No discussion of what procedures he was doing. He was too busy talking to the assistant I'm surprised he actually did what he was supposed to do oh wait he didn't because she went in for 3 teeth. she was shaking so bad from the pain of the shots. did he stop to check on her NO he preceded to give the shots. communication is terrible and we won't be back to this joke dentistry.
