The front desk staff were courteous and friendly. I really liked the efficiency and convenience of the appointment, reminder, and check-in process. The techs are also very friendly and efficient. The Dr. himself could use some improvement on customer service, though his work was quick (maybe to the point of being rushed). I'd appreciate a little bit more explanation from him on the procedures and what to expect, and a little bit more attention during the procedure itself. The girls at New Image Dentistry are wonderful. They make you feel welcome and are always extremely nice. Dr. Blourchian is ahead of the industry. He is quick and efficient yet he makes sure you feel comfortable during your procedures. I highly recommend New Image Dentistry!!
As always, Dr. B and staff were considerate, cheerful and mindful of my comfort.
Really enjoyed my visit. Everyone was nice and did appreciate the service provided. I also didn't have a long wait and I really liked that.
