Fantastic, this is a great organization. First their team follows through with the initial consultation . They next patiently answered all my questions. Dr. Blourchian did a fantastic job and then they followed through by asking how I was doing the next day. As a patient I could not have asked for anything more. The team here is fantastic! Professional, nice, funny, efficient and caring. Katie explains everything prior to doing it, which is nice because as a patient you never want to be blind-sided with sharp, unexpected pain. Katie was the absolute best!!! This is the nicest dentist office I have ever been to. I had to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed and I didn't swell up at all or have any dry sockets. I also had a root canal on my two front teeth due to a incident when I was in high school in 2001. The doctor extracted my root canal and inserted implants, THEY TURNED OUT AMAZING! The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable and very kind. They try to work with your schedule to help you get in to see the dentist, and pleased to do so. They give you options, not demands. Best of all they treat you with respect! Even when the news may not be good, they want you to leave with a smile not upset and crying which has happened many times in my past.
I have always been fearful of going to the dentist, but my experience at Dr. Blourchuan's office put me at ease! What a great experience.....the girls at the front desk are very pretty and sweet. They were professional and knew what they were doing. Dr Blourchian told me exactly what I needed to have done to achieve the smile I want and I left there feeling like I had finally found the office for me. It's not an easy thing to do! I highly recommend it to everyone.
