My husband ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to me yesterday at work before 4pm for our 15th anniversary. When I didn't receive them, he called yesterday and was told they were delivered at 4:15. No sign of them this morning either so he called again and was told they were delivered. At 10:20 today the delivery driver showed up with them. They look terrible, like they were sitting in the heat for a day. And the lid on the box of chocolates is soaked. I had flowers delivered to my daughter, and was very pleased all the way around. The woman who took my order was very friendly, and the arrangement (the puppy dog one) looked just like I expected. Well done! I'll order from them again.
Today I ordered my Mom a super nice arrangement for her birthday to be delivered to her work. In less than 4 hours as promised it was delivered, even better than the picture on the website - she loved it!
