I am in California and wanted to insure my daughter would receive a special bouquet for her birthday. What she got was more beautiful than I’d even imagined! Not only did the flowers receive in a timely manner, but the customer service is amazing! I cannot thank them enough for making her happy on her special day! 💐💜

I have used Tobler's for several years to send for mother's day and such and in the past the service has been ok. Last year the arrangement was messed up and this year they delivered to a neighbor instead and never called or left a door tag or anything. We didn't get the flowers until today, the day after mother's day. Sheila at their customer service argued with me and basically called me and my Mother-in-law liars. I won't use or recommend Toblers again.
I wouldn’t go as far to not recommend them, however the size of their bouquets are very misleading. I got a PREMIUM size bouquet and my mom received the smallest little thing! I was very disappointed but the delivery was prompt. And some of the little roses could’ve been fresher. The balloon is bigger than the bouquet. And I looked and couldn’t find any information on the size of the bouquet! If I would’ve known I would’ve gotten a different BIGGER one. My mom deserves more than this . :(

Loretta handled the flowers for my wedding last July. I had worked for her in the past, so I knew that she settled for nothing less than perfection and was the only person I would trust with the most important flowers of my life. As I knew she would, she delivered exactly what I wanted. Not only did she make it so easy and worry free, Toblers was also very reasonably priced! I would recommend Toblers (Loretta specifically) to anyone!!
