I have used Tobler's to send my girlfriend flowers for several months now. Recently had a problem where I put the wrong address on my order. Ended up calling after hours and talking to the owner - he ended up managing to fix the address error and get the flowers out to her the very next day. Incredible service - if I could give six stars, I would!!
We have had several occasions at work recently that have called for flowers and Toblers Flowers has been amazing! Not too pricey, quick delivery, and long-lasting, beautiful arrangements that have satisfied our very odd requests, including "a funeral arrangement for a boy dog," "flowers for a woman who is celebrating the birth of a baby while still mourning one that she lost," and "something not-to-girly for a woman who lost her father and isn't big on flowers." They did INCREDIBLE work. Highly recommend!

Being 5 hrs away from your Mom on Mother's Day makes it especially hard to send the perfect gift. You never know what to expect when ordering flower arrangements from a place your not familiar with. I shared this on Facebook but guess I didn't on their page... I called for flowers & spoke with Mrs. Robin, about what I wanted, I was very blunt & specific,& she understood to the t!!! They did a Beautiful job on our flowers, I don't know how any other florist can top it...you truly get what you pay for... Thank you Mrs. Robin ALL you did to keep me informed, soo grateful!!! I have tried them twice and will use them whenever possible in the future. They went way above normal customer service when I didn't have a contact number for my delivery. They made sure someone was home instead of doing a "drop & run" like some florists. For the small price I pay, the arrangements are beautiful & everyone raves about how fresh the flowers are.

My husband ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to me yesterday at work before 4pm for our 15th anniversary. When I didn't receive them, he called yesterday and was told they were delivered at 4:15. No sign of them this morning either so he called again and was told they were delivered. At 10:20 today the delivery driver showed up with them. They look terrible, like they were sitting in the heat for a day. And the lid on the box of chocolates is soaked.
