I have had great experiences with Dr. Hawk and the APRN Macallie! However, sometimes the front office staff aren’t super friendly/ helpful and a few of the clinical staff can be dismissive. I had to call a few times to ask for medical advice/recommendations and was often responded to with condescension. This was discouraging and disappointing when people don’t take the time/effort to be helpful.
Only been here once so far with my wife/baby momma to be, but we had a good experience and the staff was great! ☺️
I was a little worried about coming for my first appointment based on the reviews. This is my first pregnancy. However, I had a very positive experience with everyone I interacted with. The front desk was courteous, genetics counselor and lab corp tech for blood draw were both warm and conversational. They took the time to answer questions and check my insurance. We saw Dr.Hawk after hearing a heart issue with our baby at 37 weeks. She was one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen! She explained everything so well and left us feeling WAY better than when we walked in. The ultrasound tech was fantastic too, as well as the rest of the office staff. Highly recommend them if you ever need to see a high risk doctor!
Wonderful experience with the staff. Our ultrasound tech was pleasant and made us feel comfortable discovering the gender of our baby!
