They are not reachable. They only want to pay extremely cheap labor rates. Rates so low, it’s definitely immoral, if not illegal. They take forever to pay for jobs completed.
Maybe they should look at Garden Grove apartments and how lazy there maintenance supervisor is .Never works and steals from company and Cathy Hawkins is the rudest person ever even stole 7.5 hours from me.Maybe that's why you have so many vacant apartments there.
