I live at one of the properties in Sanford FL (Arbor Lakes) in which I started having AC issues and it caused my power bill to go up $100. I was told to present documentation that compared previous bills so show proof in which I DID. I was told that maybe the outside temp has gone up from last yr and caused me to use lower temps.
