Buyer Beware: Incredibly Frustrating Experience Do not go here! My entire saga with Family Hearing Center was a nightmare from the start. It began when they sent me what turned out to be inaccurate information about my insurance benefits. The staff told me what my deductible was and how much I had spent toward it, except they got it wrong. They told me I’d owe thousands of dollars out of pocket when, in reality, I'd already hit my out-of-pocket maximum and shouldn’t have owed anything if I'd purchased from them. Dr Schimmel was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She explained all our options thoroughly and with great patience and empathy. Sonia was also very helpful and patient with scheduling and forms. I highly recommend TLC.
My hearing aid wasn’t working and Dr. Lucas Kadri-Rodriguez made time to look at my hearing aid and spent sometime diagnosing it without any charge. He was very kind, and knowledgeable. I highly appreciate his help and strongly recommend him.

He’s been so patient and compassionate, treating my mom with incredible kindness and respect, making her feel comfortable every step of the way.
