Our experience renting a 1br apartment was terrible. The managers are laughingly incompetent, we went through 4 the two years we stayed! The corporate people are crooks and will swindle you into leaving without being present for a walkthrough, then they will send you multiple bills to replace carpets and floor once you are out of the state, so you have no way of knowing about it. Please consider another rental company if you are looking, and get out ASAP if you are a TLC resident!

What a great Christian based company. The quality of there facilities and staff is 2nd to none.
My manager Kim P. at Hawthorne is the best. She always takes care of me!!! She's always available and will go out of her way to try to make things work. I've loved living here because I know I can count on her!

My fiancé and I have lived at Hawthorn suites over the past six months and we could not have been more happy with our experience here. The whole staff has been wonderful especially the manager Kim who's been there every step of the way when we needed her, she always picked up the phone or called us back ASAP if we left a message and made sure that if there was any problem with the apartment a crew is out there within the day or the next day to have it fixed.
