Beautiful properties! Superb management. I have found the staff at the Abby to be so helpful. when I toured. TLC went above and beyond to direct me to the correct location to fit my needs.
I lived in Lake Shore Apartments when I first moved to Springfield from Los Angeles. It was a great experience; the buildings were clean, well-run, and beautiful. And I loved walking around the small lake and feeding the friendly ducks in the evenings. It was perfect transitional living for 18 months prior to buying a house.

An awesome place to live! I lived in a TLC apartment for 3 years and found it to be a clean and well run complex. The after hours security made me feel very safe and the office was quick and responsive to complaints. Plus they never raised my rent. I highly recommend this complex for anyone looking in the Springfield area.
