We have used T&Js multiple times and they are GREAT! They came out same day on a Sunday when our basement flooded and they have fixed numerous clogged drains for us. Highly recommend!
Every time it rained, our garage and basement were being flooded from the overflowing storm drain. After hearing the solutions of at least 5 different plumbing contractors, I chose T & J. I AM SO GLAD THAT I DID! Their solution worked and has worked ever since perfectly, even with all the heavy rain storms we have had these past 10 years. T&J Rooter Service were literally godsends. After 48 hours straight of heavy rain, our basement started flooding - and not just flooding, but flooding sewage water. Called several other companies who said it was the City's problem, while the City came back saying our problem. The best around, period. On top of doing great work, John was extra careful about getting water anywhere in the house, he wore booties whenever he wasn't in the basement or outside. It's the little extras that make T&J the best!
We had a water leak in our front yard and contacted T&J. They came quickly, gave us a very reasonable estimate and did a great job. They were extremely polite, efficient and addressed all of our concerns. Thanks for all you did!
