staff is very professional and courteous, estimate for work was provided on the same day of my inquiry - and it included a suggestion to contact city for possible grant assistance to defray cost for a backwater valve, all my questions were answered about work involved. I would feel confident in hiring this company for my plumbing/sewer work.
