I highly recommend T&J rooter service I came home and everything was backing up into my sinks and showers I contacted T&J at 845pm and got a call back within ten minutes and had someone at my house within 40 minutes of our conversation Darrell and Scott both arrived and we're very friendly and professional and very informative of what was going on with my plumbing they had everything up and running within 45 minutes it was very affordable especially given it being a night call and 25 degrees out. We were referred to T&J by another plumber, because he knew our repair needs were more involved than his company could handle. Unfortunately T&J did not use that same courtesy after their initial evaluation. We felt left hanging and frustrated, while concerned our issues were growing. Despite the whole city being frozen, they were able to get here within a day. The plumbers were polite, friendly, and showed great care for my home. They kept me appraised on how much the total cost was going to be as soon as they were aware themselves, and I even got some good tips on how to take care of my plumbing in the future. I will definitely be going to them again for any future problems.
