We had a wonderful repairman named Rick. Figured out what our problem was with a toilet that was installed just 18 months ago by another company.....started leaking 4 mo later. Repaired wax seal by a different company. And 6 months later leaked again. Seal repacked and resealed AGAIN! Still leaking. Rick figured out a bad phalange! All fixed and sealed!! Yay! Thank you Rick!!!
