It was great to put on my gloves once again and get the spark going. I just don't like the gym seems to not clean or work on technique. Is more of a Zumba style class. But you don't have to follow it like that. Focus on what you know.

The workout and results I've gotten here is the best I've ever had! It is truly a 3 hour workout at the gym condensed into 1 hour. The staff is very motivational and love to help you , and it's fun too! Love it.

Love this place! I've had the opportunity to do Lonny, Sarah and Mark's classes. Awesome, high-energy instructors who offer challenging workouts! Staff, owner and his family are so nice. I love working out and have been to a lot of gyms but this is by far the best!
Went with a friend for the Monday kick boxing session taught by Mickey. Absolutely LOVED it! Friendly atmosphere and trainers, intense class, and a lot of fun! Would recommend anyone considering boxing or kick boxing to give it a shot :)
