One of the hardest workouts I have ever done. I was very new to boxing. Keon was very helpful with helping me with new moves and pushed me to my limit the whole sixty minute class . I would recommend this to anyone who's looking to get knowledge on boxing and a good sweat in.
Boxing and kickboxing sessions are available throughout the day and all 7 days thus it gives high flexibility to anybody and everybody to join a session which fits best for every individual. The trainers are very nice and friendly and they are always ready to help to improve one's technique. Hygiene & cleanliness are well-maintained.
Another workout today... nice to beat that bag up and hear I'm killing it.
