RecommendedOMGoodness!!! Soooooo much fun! The instructor was motivational and worked us hard. I'm not in great shape and have a long way to go, but as an ABSOLUTE beginner, I did not feel intimidated or discouraged. The other class members were helpful and friendly as well. I will definitely be back!
RecommendedBest boxing club. Great teachers! You gain strength, boxing techniques, muscles, friends. The only thing that you lose are FATS.
