I belong to Title and actually live out of state but love coming here when I'm in town. The staff is really friendly and welcoming, the workout kicks your butt and it's a great environment. I highly recommend it to anyone no matter your fitness level. You'll be happy you did it!
The facilitator for the session was extremely helpful and conscientious in coaching my first experience. Overall, everyone was supportive. It was so much fun
