I've been a member at Title now for approximately a year and a half. This is an amazing place!!! The owner and all the trainers are wonderful. By far the BEST workout you will ever get!!
This place is full of motivation and friendship! You are welcomed into the "family" from your first shot! It's a great place to be and you always have someone there to push you and support you to where you want to go next. I highly appreciate the different levels of trainers and classes, from technique to advanced/high intensity classes. The workouts are exhausting but it is a nice challenge, the instructors are great, and you feel the results in less than a month. I love it
This is a great place for a fun, high energetic workout. I enjoy the different personalities of all the trainers, each of them have their own twist.
Love the structure of the workout and the trainers that help push you outside your comfort zone. Great for beginners and those who've been doing it a while.
OMG! The most intense cardio stress relieving workout ever.....
