Just got done with one of the hardest workouts of my life- but it was definitely worth it! I was immediately hooked and signed up for a year. The staff was so helpful and all of the trainers were fabulous. I really appreciated him correcting my form since it was my first time doing this type of workout. All in all, it's a great facility and a convenient location!
Everyone was great!! Great work out !! Very welcoming and motivational. Make you feel comfortable like your apart of a team and not just another person walking thru the door!! Definitely joining !!!
Amazing work out and awesome staff! They tell you what you're doing wrong and fix it. Great place to go to get your tail in shape!
