I had an AMAZING first shot free, Power Hour Boxing class with Kevin this morning! I felt like Gumby at the end, but it was the BEST workout I've had in a long time! Excited about working out again and happy to be part of the Title Boxing Family. I can't wait to get back in the gym!
I never thought I could become addicted to anything...and then I joined title boxing. I literally plan my day around it now. Staff is fabulous, trainers are magnificent, and the other members I met are wonderful too. I love it!
