I've moved to Austin recently and Titan were the property management company that was in charge of the house I've moved into. Their job was to maintain the marketability of the space for new renters after the previous tenants moved out. I love that Titan Real Estate is an Austin built & rooted company and had nothing short of a pleasant experience working with them. Titan is, most importantly, extremely knowledgeable and professional in the real estate market. I especially appreciated the accuracy & timeliness of how fast the appraisal was submitted. If you're looking for a quick & reliable appraisal, this is who you need to contact.
I had an agreement with Titan Real Estate for over five years. They did not honor our agreement and have not been good partners in seeking resolution. At the start of our agreement, they were responsive and helpful but at some point there was a significant change. I do not recommend this organization. Although our agreement has ended, they have yet to remove their lockbox from my house. I am still seeking resolution.
Titan Real Estate was hired to do an appraisal on a house I was selling and completely miscalculated it, causing massive problems for all parties involved. Their formulas for calculating property values were incredibly unrealistic for the Austin area. They valued additional remodeled square footage at $50/sqft in an area where property sells for $200/sqft, which is basically incompetent.
