Very poor customer service!!!! I am switching to a different tank rather than dealing with the horrible customer service from this place!
Fuel tank strap rusted out and I called to see if they would give me a deal on a new set of straps. Rep gave me the same price for a new customer at walk in price. Also, horrible customer service. I understand I was upset on the phone but a business should never yell at a customer. The rep on the phone was rude and started yelling at me. If a company won't stand behind their product you shouldn't buy it. DON'T BUY any titan tank product...I won't!

Good afternoon Kenley. I have spoke to each of the three reps that you contacted yesterday. With your tank being out of warranty the price for the replacement straps as you were quoted is 40% off of the MSRP. Our tanks have a lifetime warranty, we stand behind them. The mounting straps being made of metal are impossible to offer that same lifetime warranty as conditions, treatments on roads, etc. varies so great across North America. I just got my 52 gallon Titan Tank installed on my 2006 Duramax short bed. Amazing quality. Life will be so much nicer not having to stress out between fuel stops. Thanks for the great product
