I waited almost 1 month to hear back from someone about my issue. 1 MONTH!The representative was very hostile over the phone. I was hardly able to speak and when I tried to explain the situation it was almost like he didn't want to hear it. Although I did receive a refund, I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.
I bought a set of 4 new tires at the Firestone store in Watertown, MA a few years ago. At that time, I also bought the Road Hazard Insurance that pays for the repair/replacement of the tires in case of damage. A few days ago, I had a flat tire and I went back to Firestone to repair it.
