When I was driving on the interstate and heard a loud noise coming near my tire I didn't know what was going on. I drove to a close tire store who told me to wait a couple hours and they could get me in but quoted that it could be the shocks and that's a pricey repair. I went next door to tire pro and they took my keys and within 20 mins had figured out that it was the lug-nuts loose and had me on my way with no charge. I've been dealing with Jim at Tire Pros for almost 8 years now. It's rare these days to find a company with the kind of service that Tire Pros provides. When you add their honesty they simply cant be beat. There must be 100 tires stores much closer to my house than Tire Pros in Bountiful. I drive the extra 30 minutes because of the above.
