Really disappointed in Jays Tires. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 12 years. I was mislead into a credit program that I was told would allow 12 months same as cash and it ended up only being 90 days. The worst part is when the owner Jay gave me a lecture on personal responsibility in front of all of his employees. I agreed that it does fall on me to read the fine print but I also suggested that his employees should know what products they’re recommending. What is there to say about Jay Tore Pros? I’ve came here for a number of things since 2013 and every time I do I’m blown away by their honesty, great work, and kindness. Travis T. and Angel recently helped me out with my truck issues. They were awesome! It’s the price, work, and employees like them that keep bringing me back!
The best in the business. I have had them fix everything imaginable to my cars over the years. I am completely satisfied with everything. They are much more than tires. Check them out for all your automotive needs too. Jay is as honest and genuine as they come who gives so much back of his very own hard work to the community. Thank you, Jay!
Travis, Jim and the rest of the guys and gals are simply awesome! I do, and send all of my business to this location and will never change that. Outside of their fantastic work by their mechanics, they`re fair and honest! There are a lot of crooked auto shops and tire centers around Utah; That I`ve dealt with in the past; they do sloppy work, pay under the table mechanics, and are simply incompetent; and that is why I`m so happy to have found these guys. A big shout out to Jay`s Tire Pros in Bountiful!
Hands down best tire shop ive been to, excellent work and excellent customer service. Feels like going to a shop full of good friends that I've known for years.
