Great service and emoloyees. Got a new tire a few weeks back and then started having issues. These guys went above and beyond trying to solve the problem. I am sure you can find cheaper prices, but Jay and his guys have been around forever and do good work. Support the local guys.

Where to begin? My daughter is a student at BYU. I sent my youngest daughter to visit her. They were driving to Rexburg to visit my middle daughter and her husband. The Jeep Cherokee broke down in Bountiful and was towed to Jay's for repairs. Engine was blown. To make a long story short, after three bad used engines and a month later, the car is finally running. First time got my oil changed here, the tech forgot to put my engine oil cap back on. Second time, buying tires I got a Quote on a Friday set an appointment for the next day at 9 a.m. I waited 3 hours and I had a appointment. After I left I got on the freeway and my truck started shacking. Called service writer and his reply " sorry cody I forgot to mention our balancer went out. We used a different one." Jay's is a great place to go for automotive services. I've taken my cars and referred my friends to Jay's for a few years. I especially like working with Jim and Tyler as they take great care of my automotive needs.
