The guys at the **********, ** store tried tell me there was a regulation that an inspection had to take 45 minute. I read through the entire regulation and there is NO mention of time. When i finally got up and asked where my car was I saw that it was sitting outside in a parking space other than where i had left. I had to go into the work area to find someone to get my car back. I have never had an inspection take more than 20 minutes. They had my car for an hour and ten.
Just want to give a shout out to the guys at Mavis tires in ***************************. I went in there this morning thinking I was going to need a new tire after running over a nail and having a flat. I was in and out in less than a half hour. They were professional and courteous and there was no charge! I would highly recommend these guys for tires. Thanks again! U just gained a happy customer and Ill recommend you to all my friends!

Would have given zero stars if able to. Horrible did not diagnose vehicle correctly and did not rectify problem . After I spent over $1200.

They give me appointments, and then you got it way for about more than three hours or more just for two tires service So why they give it appointment? Is really bad customer *********************** they dont know what to do
I believed they purposely ripped me off by not being upfront with me from the jump. They knew it wasnt the same rim that was damaged from last time, and still decided to forward and send it. They just told me it would be no charge so I would give the okay. Honestly they just took advantage of me and the situation. They put me in a uncomfortable position, that could have been avoided. I had a flat tire and was told by another tire company that it was not able to be fixed and wanted to sell me another tire for $225. I had done alot of business before with the Mavis in ************ on 544 and believe me I will NEVER go anywhere else again!! HUNTER AND **** ARE THE MOST AMAZING guys you will ever encounter and ther customer ********************** is to die for. TAKE MY WORD YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED
NTB located in ********** Tacketts Mill is a location where customers are treated with disrespect. The management lacks integrity and is very much dishonest. Employees lack transparency and accountability as well as transparency. Customers dont have the right to complain.
