DO NOT take your car to Mavis tires and brakes. on US Hwy 70!!!! My car was perfectly fine until they touched it!!!! The oil light never came on until literally 30 minutes after they touched it. I took my car back to them so they could fix what they did and of course they didnt do anything and wont do anything about what they messed up!!! They are a joke
SCAM ALERT: Brought my car in at 60K miles for a brake and suspension check, knowing that a rear suspension issue existed. Was told by *** the manager that I needed new shocks in the rear for $550 and that both ball joints in the front end needed replacement for another $850 and possibly an additional $350 for other brake work, like new pads, may be discovered when they replace the ball joints. BEWARE. Was sold a tire from here 1 week ago. (Which might I mention , they could find NO record of, even after showing them the charge on my debit card to prove purchase). The car has not been driven since the new tire was put on as Ive been out of town. Fast forward to today, I go to drive my car and the brand new tire is completely flat. They were fast and awesome. I called and was told to come right in. They had me in and out in under 30 mins flat.
I brought my car to the Mavis in ***********, ** six months ago to get a tire replaced, and I was told my shocks and struts needed to be replaced as well, which I did. I have to take my car to a different mechanic this week to get new rear shocks, which according to my receipt were replaced in April, because my car is literally bouncing up and down and my new mechanic said they are old and very bad. Very bad company to deal with and work for rips off. Customers would not recommend this company to a family or friend and dont take your car to Mavis tire discount brakes unsafe working conditions such as lifts not working properly electrical panels, showing in some other stores, rodents, etc.
I had the BEST experience at Mavis (airline). I would recommend anyone here, the *********************** went over and above to make sure I was taken care of. Hands down exceptional service, well done! Thank you soooooo much *****
