Al L I needed to have one tire replaced at the Wayne ** location on ****************. The staff was very professional and had me in and out within 30 minutes. I recommend Mavis.

Me and my wife were traveling to *******,** and heard a roaring sound from the rear, googled and found Mavis tire they were great and very courteous. They checked our tires at no charge and gave us a piece of for the remainder of the trip. *********************

I paid close to $800 for 4 tires and a wheel alignment. When I got my car back, every indicator light was on. I brought it back to Mavis and they said it was something to do with electronic steering and that I need to take it to the **** dealership. I asked if it could be the wheel speed sensor and he cut me off and said no, take it to the dealership. He wouldnt even let me speak. It turns out, it was the wheel speed sensor. Very horrible customer ********************** and very expensive services.

I bought 4 tires in January 2023 from the Somerset, ** location on ********* Avenue. From the time I purchased the tires and they were installed at the location, I could hear a noise that something was wrong with the tires or at least one of the tires. Shortly after purchasing them, I returned to the Somerset location, and went on a test drive with one of the mechanics(?), he too could hear the sound. So, he rebalanced them which fixed nothing. Had a 10 am appointment. Showed up 10 minutes early. Waiting for counter person to come out of the bay for over 5 minutes. He told me it would be 2-3 hours to get my truck in. I had an appointment. I grabbed my keys and left after asking him why they schedule appointments. I am used to Discount Tires exceptional customer ********************** but they are not here in **. Mavis has lost a customer for life and never sold me anything. Arent they the company behind the limo crash? I should have known better.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT bring your car here if ****** (#fireangela) is still employed by them. She is a liar and does not know what she is doing. My son had his car towed to them to be repaired. After having the car for 2 weeks and nothing being done to it, we notified them that we would be towing the car to another location. Well, ****** then lied to to the tow company saying that it was towed to their storage yard (NTB doesn't even have a storage yard). I have spent three days trying to locate my vehicle. I took my SUV into Mavis for Engine Air Filter, Coolant and Brake flushes. I'd taken my vehicle into the dealership for an oil change and while there a diagnostic test was performed and the only recommendation was for me to think about replacing the Air Filter and have the flushes done because when oil changes are done basically fluid level are checked and topped off. NTB in *********** - A total lack of professionalism.Abysmal customer **********************. Had an appointment a few weeks ago at the *********** store to find and fix an issue with my steering. They had it for 5 days, and said they replaced the struts yet my bill doesn't mention any strut work but new brakes were installed. The brakes were fine and did not need to be replaced. *********** ** *********** Mavis is crooked as a day is long. Pushing unwarranted repairs on customers who don't know better. On two occasions I brought vehicles to them and was told of needing substantial repairs only to have another mechanic show me the parts in question were absolutely fine. I'd like to think that this kind of underhanded business practices are not condoned by corporate. Please take my experiences with them as a warning to local residents.
