I went last Sunday to the 32819 location to change my 4 tires. They took 3 hr total to perform the job and in some pointe they told me car is ready, I paid for the alignment and I was looking the car in the bay. I knew they did not do it. I told the guy. He went back and took the car back. No sorry no nothing. Also on my way home the tire pressure light came on. I called and they said I need to take the car back. They forgot to reset the sensors. I am sitting in their waiting room now. Special ordered a tire last week, before I left I made an appointment to have 1 tire mounted. Nelson told me to come early as soon as the tire came and I prepaid to speed things up. Today I call and tell the person on the phone the deal. He says “maybe we can get you done today”. I tell him I have an appointment and he says “oh ok then, come in”. So I come in at 12 for a 1 pm appointment (early as directed by Nelson) to have 1 tire mounted. not sure if ill be back... not really a personal touch, looks like they take care of the phones more than the people waiting at the lobby.Took about 4 hours just for an oil change, i had an appointment at 1:30, i arrived 20 min earlier and i still waited until 2pm to finally get someone to check me in. I'd been going here for years. My car was having issues, and they quoted me $950 to replace 4 coils and 4 spark plugs and a valve. A friend is also a mechanic and basically did a spit take when I told him. Took me to auto zone, bought the parts myself, my friend replaced the ONE coil (NOT FOUR) that needed replacing. $950 at Tire Kingdom, $28 at Autozone. Car is running perfectly now.
